Practice safely
One of the most important thing is the yoga and meditation teach us greater body awareness. No yoga and meditation teacher knows your body as you do, so if anything doesn’t feel good, you are free to take breaks and/or skip poses or sequences that are not suitable for you.
We do not offer any medical advice. If you have any doubt please consult your physician before starting the yoga and meditation or if you are joining the classes/sessions after illness or injury. This is particularly important for but not limited to the following conditions: if you are pregnant, taking any medication, have low or high blood pressure or have any existing medical condition or injury. If you feel dizziness, light-headed, faint, or any other discomfort, stop doing it immediately and take a resting pose. Consult a physician if your symptoms do not pass.
